BAND REGISTRATION DEADLINE - Monday, September 12, 2022

Once you arrive at the bus entrance (see attached map) you will be greeted by our parking team. They will be responsible for directing your buses and equipment trucks. Please visit the Registration Tent to get your packet that will include a schedule, maps, and arm bands for students, chaperones, and staff. Our parents will explain what the different color arm bands symbolize. We will also have a student guide that will assist you in getting to warm-up, to the performance field, and back to your buses/trucks.
There will be a hospitality area for Director’s only. Will simply be a place for you to go to get away and sit indoors. Drinks and light snacks will be provided.
Directors, Staff Members, or Parents are NOT allowed in the Press Box area.
There is no designated seating areas for specific bands. However, we ask that you sit in the lower sections closer to the field and/or outside the 40 yard line and reserve the upper portions for paying guests.
Art’s Music and Gadsden Music will serve as the official music stores for the event and provide on-site instrument repair service for minor repairs. More details will be available at Band Check-In. Please join us in thanking them for being a part of the event.
AWB Merchandise will be selling t-shirts and merchandise at both Championship Sites.
